Routing
Profiles
SharX Connect can store multiple routing profiles: which domains/IPs go direct, via proxy, or blocked, DNS settings, FakeDNS, and more.
The active profile and the “routing enabled” switch affect the Xray JSON written before starting the VPN tunnel.
Import from subscription or a link
- A panel may embed a profile in the subscription JSON body — it is imported on refresh (see developer docs).
- A profile can also be opened via
sharx://routing/add/..., which shows a confirmation sheet.
Geo .dat editor
When chunk files (UseChunkFiles / geo dat mode) are enabled and URLs are set, the geo editor can download geoip.dat and geosite.dat into the App Group geo/ directory. Without those files, rules that rely on geoip: / geosite: tags cannot use local databases.
The geosite: picker combines built-in hints with candidates extracted from geosite.dat when present.
